Jane app is our lovely online booking site which you are directed to when you click our online booking button above or logo on our home page. You will be prompted to create an account and you can use an existing password and user name from a google account or Facebook. Here you will be able to access your account and manage your bookings, reschedules, cancelations and balances. You will also be sent health history and consent forms to fill out. If you choose to direct bill you will be required to scan in a copy of the front and back of your insurance card but if you have having issues you can select none and bring your card to the appointment and we will input your insurance for you.
