We value your loyalty. After receiving nine massages in one calendar year with the same practitioner, your tenth session is free. The duration will be divided by the average duration of the nine treatments and rounded up to the next 15 minute increment.

As a small business, we like to give back to our clients, especially if you are networking for us! We know that when a client is overjoyed with a service, or a discernable shift has happened to a person, others become interested. This is why our referral program is in place; to allow our clients to benefit from spreading the word.
To take part in the program, simply write your name on the back of one of our business cards and give it to the referral. When they come in for a treatment, with the card, the referral will receive a $20.00 discount and a $20.00 credit will be applied to the existing client’s file.
What payments do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, all major credit cards and e-transfers. Most conveniently, you can save your credit card information on your Jane account (online booking system) and pre-pay for your appointment in advance, allowing you to walk right out of your session without taking out your wallet.

Please ensure your plan covers your specific treatment as some companies vary on their policies. In some cases a doctors note or prescription is required beforehand for the claim to be approved. In this case, you can upload required documents to your Jane account or you can send documentation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When filling out your online intake form on the Jane system, you will be prompted to upload a screenshot or picture of the front and back of your insurance card, as well as sign our consent for electronic billing. If you are experiencing problems uploading, you can bypass this step by selecting “none” for insurance and bring your card with you to your appointment instead.
Please note, if the claim is rejected the client is responsible for paying the account balance. Payment can be accepted through the online Jane account or we can apply it to a credit card on file. We also accept e transfers.
What is Jane?
Jane App is the awesome online management software we use for client accounts, scheduling, intake forms, payments, direct billing and files. You will need to create an account with Jane, either with new login information or using an existing Google, Facebook, or Twitter account username and password. Online booking links on our website direct you to the Jane platform.
Once your Jane account is created, you will be able to manage your bookings, reschedules, cancelations and balances. You will also be sent health history and consent forms to fill out. If you choose to direct bill, you will be required to submit an image of the front and back of your insurance card, but if you have issues uploading you can bypass this step by selecting “none” and simply bring your card to the appointment for us to process.
